David Hockney

David Hockney was born July 9th, 1937 in Bradford, England. He went to Bradford Grammar School, Bradford college of Art, and Royal College of Art. He took part in the British Pop Art movement. Hockney was inspired by Andy Warhol, another Pop artist. He also was interested in photography, cubism, and created photographic collages. Some of his most famous works are A Bigger Splash, Place Furstenberg Paris, Pearlblossom Highway, and many more.
